Since our program focuses on the relationships that teens experience, it is only right to provide you all with a platform to showcase your creative works. TAP808 is currently accepting submissions from youth like you to provide a space for your voice and expression to be recognized. (Before submitting your work, please be sure that it complies with our guidelines for submissions below.)
Guidelines for Submissions:
Currently, our program works with youth between the ages of 12-21. If you fall within this age group you are eligible to submit your creative works to TAP808.
You must be the originator/creator of the content that you submit. By sharing your content, you agree to have your submission shared on TAP808 social media platforms unless stated otherwise.
You will be cited on all platforms where your work is shared unless stated otherwise.
Please be appropriate with your submissions and mindful of our target audience which includes students, staff, and parents/guardians.
Your submission should be relevant to TAP808’s mission which is to promote and celebrate healthy relationships for all ages, and to tap out teen dating violence through prevention education, individual advocacy, and social change.
Submissions should fall under one of the following categories:
gender roles, warning signs, survivor stories, teen dating violence, healthy relationships, or a relevant topic.You can submit blogs, poems, comics, artwork, or other creative forms suitable for online submission.
You will receive a response from TAP808 in regards to your submission within 7 days. This response will include the next steps before your content is officially shared on our website and social media platforms.
